Cranio Sacral Therapy

I am proud to announce the sucessfull conclusion of my Cranio Sacral Therapy Course, which I have been studying troughout this year, as of this evening..:)Can`t wait to use it and gather experiance with lots of practice:)

Sweden

I spent wonderful 6days in Sweden from the 11th onwards. I flew out to Göteborg where I was able to linger and get spoilt at my cousin`s place Mia and her Boyfriend Johan close to Mariaplan. It was great to catch up with Mia and spend quality time! I absoulutely LOVE Sweden, the beautiful (men and women) people, their affability, geniality and just making you feel welcome and happy (as they mostly have a beautiful smile on their, most of the time, drop dead beautiful selfs..;), the specialties (wow, fish for breakky and my first Kaviar experiance oh and how I loved the home made sour dought Kanelbullar!), and the Landscapes of course!
Over the weekend I spent the night in Tjörn, where my other relatives live, I met the ones I didnt know yet, catched up with the ones I did and got to know a far bit of our Family history way back to the 1600`ds..quite impressive I must say, and lots I didn`t really realise and know. Britta and Bengt-Ove, aswell as Lars and his wonderful family(and of course everyone else)showed me great hospitality..I visited Stenungsund, Tjörn, Hövik, Rönnäng, Skärhamn and some other places..just breathtaking beautiful!
So I must say, I could of easy gotten used to being there and stay much longer..I must say though, that their eating habits were a bit too much for me troughout the day..Frukost(Breakky),Lunch, middag(dinner) and then kvällsmat(another dinner after dinner)..so almost bursting my the time I went to bed! ;)
Definitive going back there!!

Denmark

After beautiful Sweden I took the train down to Copenhagen from Göteborg ( took 3.5hours and cost approx 30Euros,hows that!) Must say, I didnt have the time of my life there as it was pourring down with rain most of the times, the hostel was overbooked and hardly got sleep due to noisy room mates, didnt feel to flash and had money stolen.. other than that, Copenhagen has beautiful Architecture and Landscapes (not to compare with Sweden though, well as far as my opinion goes) but the crowd was filled with a high amount of tourists and I didnt like the locals as much as the Swedish as they werent as openhearted and friendly as them.Oh not allowed to forget to mention the number of bicycle`s there is in this City! You almost get run over by them..everyone rides them in all kind of varieties (with flowers, casual, posh, with childrens seats, with baskets, with half of prams fitted on infront or at the back and so on).. well so much to my experiance of Copenhagen;) Sure it would of been better under different circumstances.. for the very fist time in my life, I was happy and kind of reliefed landing in Zürich and being "Home"..;) Guess I am getting older?!!?!;)

Martin`s 50th Birthday Party

Yesterday we were all invited to our Uncles (Dads Brother) Martins Birthday Party seeing he just recently turned 50..we decided to dress up according to the theme which was 70ties..;) Was great to just catch up with everyone..we had a wonderful, enjoyable, fun night..thanks Frischis:)

Farewell Surprise Party for Lars

Due to the fact that we have to bid farewell to my much loved, awesome, fantastic, worlds best champion brother of mine/ours in only a few days as hes decided to take on a new challenge in which hes moving to Perth for a while, I arranged a surprise Going away Party for him. The swiss Part was supported well as it was held on August 1st which is the swiss national day..;) Of course we made sure, the Aussie particion was at present aswell, our Family had the dresscode Oz for the night;) The surprise was successful because he seriously didn`t have a clue of what was going on until he entered the Party(even then, apparently, it took him a few seconds to actually realise what was going on). it was a beautiful night with great people, a perfect and idyllic venue and a couple of emotions of course:)
